Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to request a return
Contact us at matteo.dropshipp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
